AnimalNside's answer .. definitely take test first. M-stak is good for gains but also good for keeping your gains from test. I took 2 cycles of Test and then started taking M-Stak after that. The gains were incredible!

First of all, your 16 year old ass does not need to gain 20-30 pounds that fast. Let your body do its growing over the next year or two, stay away from prohormones and testosterone boosters, then worry about intense supplements.I speak from experience as a previously undersized high school football player and I know the pressures of trying to gain weight and get some playing time. Drink plenty of whey protein, a pre-workout shake, and go hard in the gym. No miracle supplements exist to make you pack on solid muscle instantly, otherwise everyone would know about it. Good luck "
