I have been using animal pak for the past decade, every morning, and have never had a problem. Maybe you need to take them with food perhaps, or space them out.
Very strange.
I do suggest you figure it out.. they are the best multi out there from my experience by far. "

" ... I have used many multi's over the years and nothing has really helped as much as animal pak. The thing the other vitamin makes don't understand is that we as athletes require MUCH MORE than their daily recommended amounts are, which are basically for the average person who has zero exercise and sits on the couch watching tv eating chips. Our bodies need to recover and repair.. animal pak is the only product of its kind that seems to address this.
