" ... I figured I would chime in here, and let everyone know that I've used this once before, and I had good results. I will be using it again soon with Animal Test and Animal pak. However, this stuff should be cycled, and you shouldn't do more than a few cycles in a row without taking one month off. You should also realize that this product will only work if you use it in conjunction with a healthy diet and good exercise program. Lift heavy, eat lots of protein, take a good multi-vitamin, take the Animal Stak as directed on the can, and get plenty of rest and relaxation between workouts.
As for the comments above about hair loss, I doubt that this stuff caused you or anyone else to lose hair. Reason ? This supplement has an added DHT blocker, one of the ingredients being Saw Palmetto, which is used by many hair loss products on the market to block DHT related hair loss. I too have a hair thinning problem, but, it didn't get any worse from this stuff. If you have thinning hair, then you should probably look into some good topical hair treatment. "

I was able to finish my bench workout getting 240 8x's to only 7 reps on monday, and fished DB incline with 80 lb dbs and was able to get 9 reps compared to only 7 on monday. Im gonna bump up all my set of bench 10 lbs nd see how it goes. Ill post results next week. I also have been using N.O. shotgun for the past couple of months.
