" ... Nunes.. what part didn't work? Did you eat? Did you train? What was the cycle like? I haven't really heard of anyone (atleast 2 dozen people I know have used it with good results) that was not happy. It's all about dedication and conistent habits in the gym and with your diet. Good luck! "

" ... I took a whole bottle according to the directions. I followed all the directions regarding carbs, timing, etc. I worked out hard, hitting each muscle group once per week. I saw no improvement in muscle or strength. I use a Tanita fat scale. The only noticable effect was that I didn't get fatter while eating all those carbs. "

" ... Went thre an entire month on it, waximaize used as my pre-workout carbs. All my maxes shot up within 2 weeks (15 lbs on my bench, 25 on my squat)and I gained 15 lbs in a month, and not an inch on my waist. Although I did lose some definition, the abs are still visible as are the veins across my arms, shoulders and chest. Only possible side effect I noticed, about the 3rd week of use I starting sleeping ALOT. 12 hrs a day was pretty standard. Off P-Slin now for a week and my sleep is back on normal sked and my power/size is still there. Will prob stay off it another 2 or 3 months and go thru another cycle. "
