" ... Take two pills, three times a day. That's what worked for me and my wife. You can test it out see what works for you, but from what I've seen, and used myself and can atest to, that's the best formula. As for results, well so far fantastic, 15 weeks in and I can't fit into any of my old clothes - I go shopping for new ones all the time it's great! "
