" ... I am using syngex protein now for about 1 months and am happy with results to me. I use the Vanilla Dream flavor and is very good, I mix with skim milk for creamy taste, really nice. I see improvements in my size of muscles, rounder for sure to say. I also notice better recovery and increase in strength in my squats, bench and curls. I am happy with protein from syngex supplement and will try chocolate flavor too. Like very much and recommend to friends. "
