" ... I was hesitant at first when I heard of goat whey protein, but guess what; it actually tastes great and does the job of any other protein. I actually feel fuller when I have it compared to plain on whey or isolate. The chocolate is amazing followed by the vanilla. Give it a try. "

" ... No joke, I was given this product for nothing by a friend who was not interested in it. I had read about the product and I knew it was good for you. SO I started lifting again after not lifing for 3 months, and I went from 185 to 205 in a month. That is the absolute truth. Dont believe me, take 3 a day , one in the morning, one mid day, and one at night before sleep. I will gauruntee that you stack on MUSCLE WEIGHT. I have, so please, do yourself a favor and use this protein. I have broken my plateu, I never weight 200 lbs before, and I finally got 315 up twice instead of 2 times on the bench, which is where I was stuck at for 2 and a half fricken years! "

After a wrokout, I like to throw it in the blender with some soy milk, frozen bananas, frozen strawberries and oatmeal. You can vary it daily by adding different frozen fruit, some ground flax seed or a tbsp almond butter. "

" ... Why are so many reviews just about tast. The purpose of taking protein at all is for muscle building and recovery. Maybe everyone would like to know that Oryx is mostly synthetic. Only a small percentage of it is even whey at all. I have to say apparently people have had good results with it, but I don't know how much I trust a company that lies and presents their product as if it where all natural and pure goat milk. Pure goat whey protein is out their, but very expensive. I am considering buying that and using it just at my workout time and using my regular time released MHP Probolic SR for the resat of the day. I have had very positive results with MHP and will continue to use them until I can be sure something else is better. "

I don't know whats happening - only i have a lot more readily available energy ... most of these reviews look like rubbish - since they only talk about taste which is the number one apparent pitfall of a goat product! so how do you make it sell? talk about how great it tastes! yeah right ... please post helpful reviews - i'm only using this to avoid anything COW - that kinda protein is just not healthy.
also i've looked at the language in the posts above ... and it all sounds like the same person! "
