" ... I had used the Weider brand of Alpha GPC supplementation but stopped as I can't seem to find it anywhere anymore. Now I have switched over to NOW Foods which also works well and is actually quite a bit cheaper. I also use their multivitamin called ADAM which I love. "

" ... Hi guys. I am using this supplement to help me with my weight loss transformation and I am really impressed with it. I have used the generic hydroxycut type pills but it seems that those lost effect after a few months and kept me up all night usually. With this one, I can get a bit of help with the fat loss, even though it's slower. BUT there are no side-effects and it's stimulant free. "

" ... I tried alpha gpc actually on two occassions. Both time it was very successful. It is my opinion that the main reason it worked was due to my diet and cardio program with with the alpha gpc, which is the case in all diet pills. There is no magic pills that just burns fat on it's own people, forget it. "
