One of the things that are most impressive about Whitney is that she's a wife and a mother of two boys
while also a top Fitness competitor in the IFBB. So really, there is NO excuse to not reach your goals!
Whitney, with her cheer leading and dancing background has found her niche in the Fitness world. She's
always placing quite well in the Arnold Classic and Olympia stages. Here's some diet tips she'll share:
Tip 1 - Drink at least a gallon of water per day, everyday.
Tip 2 - Always measure and portion your meals - make it precise!
Tip 3 - Prepping your meals for the week is essential for success and staying on track.
Tip 4 - Never wait longer than 4 hours between meals to stay anabolic
Tip 5 - Track your daily diet - start a daily journal to see what works and what doesn't.
Whitney Jones WORKOUT ROUTINE
Whitney has been at this for many years, from a very young age. She excelled in dance and then transitioned
to cheer leading and finally to fitness. She believes in movement and presenting her skills through beauty.
In addition to practicing her routines several times per week, she includes weight training as well. Usually
with just a single day off, she's always pushing hard with weights to flips. Here's some insight:
Tip 1 - Exercise and sweating is a great release of stress and increase endorphins
Tip 2 - Daily fitness is an excellent measure of personal accomplishment
Tip 3 - Age is just a number, you control your health through fitness and nutrition
