" ... This is the best and most useful resource for anything and everything with anabolics that I have came across. I have always heard about this manual, however this is my first time purchasing it. I am sure glad I did because it not only explains how to use, etc but how they actually work.. which is key in my eyes because it allows you to do it safely. "
