" ... Listen, it's simple. For those on the go, who don't have time to cook up the oatmeal, scramble the egg whites, etc, etc, this is the secret weapon. I have one on the way to work, and another about 45 minutes later. It's a life saver and by the time I get my workout in around noon, I have energy still from the breakfast bar to get in some good sets. Taste 4 stars, Price 5 stars and Effect 5 stars! "
