" ... Hey yall! I've been on this for a year now, and with a well balanced diet (just no excess eating)and moderate exercise, I have lost over 55 lb, I am still using it to lose the last 20-25 and I am in love with it. It gives me great energy and cuts my appetite by a lot. I used to weigh 220 and now I'm at a healthy 164, looking to get down to 140-145. And I know Zantrex will help me get there. The only issue is finding it in Canada, but I'm going to the States on the weekend and will probably stock up like no tomorrow. lol :) I suggest everyone tries it. If you find 2 pills are too much, like me, just take one in the morning and one in the evening before dinner. It works if you want it to. :) "

" ... i been taking this pill for a week i decided to try it because i kept hearing about it I had a baby 1yr ago ang feel real self concious about my body i never in my life taken any diet pills never even came close to a diet drink just to give you a idea so i was really depressed didnt want to do anything but sit on the couch and sulk and it didnt help that my man has his porno collection you know nice bodied girls and well they made me hate my body even more he would even say how im not the same i dont cook an clean everyday like i use to with a smile i mean c'mon when you have the babyfat how can u feel sexy& happy i started taking one in the morning which really gets me in the mood to get up and move so i turn the radio up loud get the house cleaning done and im off on my walk every morning then 1pill before dinner.I do feel better about myself havnt weigh in yet not until the end of the month.my hubby thinks i'ts sexy that i throw on some sweats and grab the mp3 to go on my walk who knew.So far i luv it!!!! "

" ... I have been trying to lose this baby weight for the past two years since my last child. Losing weight takes a lot of dedication. I lost and gained. For anyone who reads this please keep in mine even after you reach you weight goals you still have to eat healthy and exercise regularly because if you don't you will gain weight back. Well I went to rite aide to look for a weight lost pill and came across zantrex 3. I was very scared because of all the caffeine so day one which was two days ago I took only two pills a day. Day two I took a total of 3 pills and today I am going to take a total of 4 pills a day. I want to work myself up to the regular dosage which is 2 pills 3 times a day. I have lost three pounds in 3 days and I am amazed. I do exercise but not heavy and I eat smaller meals. I am shock of the results and can't wait to see after a month what my weight loss will be. I also have tons of energy which will really boost exercise length. I will recommend this weight lost pill to anyone just don't start off with the full dosage when you first start to see if you cant handle all the caffeine. Also drink plenty of water. Good luck and I hoped this helped. I am very confident that with this pills and a healthy diet and exercise I will return to the small me that I was before I had my kids. "

" ... I started using this product exactly one week ago.. I was recommended it thru a friend.. she suggested just one pill a day with breakfast and that first day I had enough energy to up by 5 mile jog to 12 !!! I have been exercising everyday for 45 min and keeping 1100 diet as well and the results are amazing I've already lost 5lbs so far and I've noticed my muscles stay tighter longer...about 2 days... and feel leaner than they did with exercise and diet alone... I do go through periods of hyperactivity but only after exercising... I recommend for anyone worried about increased heart rate or panic attacks to not only drink water with the pills but to also get in about a gallion of water a day as well... I have noticed that with caffeine based diet pills I do tend to get very nervous but if I drink enough water I'm fine... I totally recommend this product but its up to them to make it work and keep hydrated ! "

15.lbs in 3 weeks. Ive been running 3-4 times a week 4miles every run.

At first the weight would c ome back, but that was all my fault as I would start eating bad and stopped exercising. I don't have that problem anymore, it's will power.
