From Texas, Branch likes to eat classic Southern food and especially from his own hunting such as boar and elk. He keeps it basic and
keeps it clean to bulk up to his massive weight in the offseason yet build that quality mass that looks amazing when he chisels!
Here's is a typical daily meal plan for Branch in his off-season that helps me pack on that tremendous hard muscle mass!
Meal 1 - 12 egg whites, 2 yolks, 1 cup (dry weight) oatmeal
Meal 2 - 12 oz steak, 6 egg whites, hash browns
Meal 3 - Nitro-Tech meal replacement
Meal 4 - 16 oz steak, pasta
Meal 5 - Cheeseburger
Meal 6 - 10 egg whites with chicken breast
When it comes to training, nobody even comes close to the intensity that Branch puts in to each and every exercise! Not really known
for the best form when it comes down to it but the strength and power is what sets him apart from the rest of the pack and his size!
Let's quickly outline a typical training split which is use both off-season and contest-prep time:
Monday - Back
Tuesday - Chest
Wednesday - REST DAY
Thursday - Biceps and Triceps
Friday - Legs
Saturday - Lower Back and Shoulders
Sunday - REST DAY
