As with all divisions in the IFBB, there is a strong focus on symmetry, balance and conditioning. This applies to Bikini and of course some aspects are focused on more so. Cardio, shoulder and glute training are prioritized.
Tip 1 - Focus on the side delts to increase that v-tape illusion
Tip 2 - Don't diet down too low as you want to keep the glutes round not ripped
Tip 3 - Variations of cardio keep it fresh and interesting
Tip 4 - High intensity training is excellent for getting shredded and toned
