I would avoid it, stick with a sound diet and cardio plan to reach your weight loss goals safely and naturally.

"... Overall I lost about 7lbs with one bottle but I was really hoping for much more. I really dedicated myself to exercise for the first time in my life and ate very clean from Monday to Friday. I know some people might say 7lbs is good, but I always demand more from myself. Maybe next time."

First week or so I experienced the energy kicks.. which were long lasting and didn't leave me with a crash like Red Bull and stuff does.
