Oksana has been involved in sports, specifically gymnastics since a very young age of 6, while
still in Russia before moving over to the USA. She transitioned to fitness, and her career exploded!
Oksana drives on competition and improving herself for each event. It's not about defeating her competition, but always improving on her previous showing. She training extremely hard, daily.

Tuesday - Performance training and flexibility for at least 1hr.
Wednesday - Shoulders Triceps Abs
Thursday - Performance training and flexibility for at least 1hr.
Friday - Back Abs
Saturday - OFF
Sunday - Legs Abs
