Oksana Grishina DIET PLAN
Oksana is truly a legend in our sport of IFBB fitness.. even at the early retirement age in the
year 2017. She has multiple Olympia and Arnold titles to her name, and should have had many more.
When it comes to Oksana's diet, her foods stay relatively the same in off and on-season. Portions
and timing change and of course, it becomes much more regimented. It's a complete process each time!
Meal 1 - Cottage cheese (Russian) with 35g of plain oatmeal
Meal 2 - Chicken breast with 35g rice
Meal 3 - Salmon with salad
Meal 4 - Chicken breast with baked potato
Meal 5 - 4 egg white omelet with veggies
Meal 6 - Cottage cheese (Russian)
Oksana Grishina WORKOUT ROUTINE
Oksana has been involved in sports, specifically gymnastics since a very young age of 6, while
still in Russia before moving over to the USA. She transitioned to fitness, and her career exploded!
Oksana drives on competition and improving herself for each event. It's not about defeating her
competition, but always improving on her previous showing. She training extremely hard, daily.
Mondays - Chest Biceps Abs
Tuesdays - Performance training and flexibility for at least 1hr.
Wednesdays - Shoulders Triceps Abs
Thursdays - Performance training and flexibility for at least 1hr.
Fridays - Back Abs
Saturdays - OFF
Sundays - Legs Abs
